About Us.

Having my first three children born in a relatively fast period of time you can imagine the never-ending feedings, diaper changes, and sleepless nights. In between, of course, are heart-warming events and the joy of watching your babies grow up together, never really remembering a time without one another. There are also the small daily encounters that bring us joy and laughter...like the pronunciation of the word blueberry.  My children, all lovers of fruit, especially blueberries, would sit in their high chairs and ask for a bowl of “blue bérets” . It’s just one of the small sweet memories that make me smile. Thus, the blue béret was born.
