Our Confetti Ice Cream Lollipops are hard candy ice cream cone lollipops that have been dipped in a complimentary flavored hard candy and topped with candy confetti sprinkles. Available in white (chocolate base, vanilla dip), brown (chocolate base, chocolate dip), pink (chocolate base, strawberry dip). Assortment will vary. Each lollipop is hand-poured and hand-dipped; slight variations will occur.
